Assess current state of digital accessibility: Conduct an audit of existing digital content, including websites, mobile apps, and academic courses, to identify areas to conform with the technical standard.
Plan Initiate Phase: Plan, charge, and kick off governance structure.
Define change: Identify specific operational and organizational changes required to achieve enterprise-wide digital accessibility. Outline long-term process and practice changes.
Identify & address quick wins: Pinpoint and begin high-impact work that can start immediately.
Prioritize content to remediate: Develop a prioritization framework for remediating content, focusing on high-impact and high-risk content.
Plan Build Phase: Plan for and communicate organizational changes, including stakeholder involvement, governance structure, and other communications channels.
